If you are using the built-in AOL browser and are having trouble viewing the Java version of the tour
please read the following for suggestions to solve the problem. AOL uses a version of Microsoft's
browser that is not compatible with the Java viewer.
Option 1: Use an external Web browser - You can keep your AOL connection to the Internet and use a different browser. First minimize your AOL window. Then run a different Web browser, either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
Option 2: Download the Live Picture Viewer - Download and install the live picture viewer and then
view the regular version of the tour instead of the Java version of the tour. The regular version of the
tour uses higher resolution images and gives you a much better experience. You can
download the viewer
from LivePicture now. After you have downloaded the viewer, you will need to install 'lpviewer' and
return to www.ottomation.com. to view the tour.
