1. Use your browser's Display Source to view the HTML source code. Copy the code to your Web page where you want to use it. Copy from the begin comment to the end comment.
2. Modify the two hidden form fields. Set the returnurl field to the location that you want users to return to after they view the results. The URL should NOT include the "http://" portion of you URL. An example of a proper URL is "www.ottomation.com/tscalc_instructions.htm" will return users back to this page. The background color can be changed to any color to match your Web site's colors. #FFFFFF will give you a white background. Any invalid entry for color will default to white.
